1. How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us on 07923863943 there is an answer phone in case no one can take your call alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to the Contact Us page.
2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book any time however bookings can get really busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. However feel free to call us the same day we may still have availability.
3. What is the latest collection time
Our last collection time is between 19:30 - 20:00. We can arrange a later collection time but this will be at extra cost.
4. Can we book an overnight hire?
Sorry we do not allow overnight hire. We can arrange a late collection but this will be at extra cost.
5. Do you cater for Adult only parties?
Sorry we do not cater solely for Adults.
6. I’m holding my party at our village hall, can you deliver at 2:00pm and collect at 4:30pm?
Yes, all deliveries to halls and fetes ect. will take priority over our deliveries and collections, because we understand that you have to return keys ect. We will do our best to get to yous on time however there is circumstances that are out of our control such as traffic however if we were going to be late for any reason the customer would be informed in a timely manner.
7. Will your equipment fit in any halls or venues?
No all our castles are different sizes. Airmazing Inflatables hold no responsibility if space is an issue its our customers responsibility to check venue height, width or length and contact us to confirm the equipment will fit. If we have to cancel due to space the customer is still liable to pay the full hire price.
8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No we do not require a deposit however under certain circumstances we may require a 50% booking fee (We only require a booking fee from Customers who have previously booked and cancelled 1 or more times).
9. How do I pay for my hire?
Our drivers will expect payment on DELIVERY. Although you can send payment before if you wish.
10. What methods can I use to pay for my hire?
You can pay by Cash or Card although when payment is made via card there will be an admin fee.
11. Do you charge extra for mats, pegs or sandbags?
No we do not charge extra for mats, pegs or sandbags, these are vital pieces of safety equipment charging extra for these items it appalling.
Please BEWARE of companies who try and charge extra for mats, pegs or sandbags as these companies only have profit in mind and are not interested in the safety and well being of there customers or children using the equipment.
12. Do you have a CRB check?
Yes I hold a current CRB check.
